Arun’s fundamental thought process and philosophy behind ExcelShore is to keep the ‘house in order’ and concentrate on internal efficiencies, such that every dollar spent by client, returns to them amplified.

Arun is a strong advocate of chasing organic growth, since even if inorganic growth comes in the way of strategic progression it has to eventually get gelled with overall organic dimensions of corporate growth and prosperity. He has an uncanny ability to identify and nurture right talent thereby enriching Cybage’s top notch human capital consistently.

Arun started his career as a software design engineer in USA and moved up the corporate hierarchies contributing to software development and quality management, before he returned to India in early 90s and founded Cybage. Arun is MS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech University, USA and BS from G B Pant University, India.

Deepak in his role as COO and Executive Director of Cybage crusades the entire underpinning backbone including HRD, recruitment, training, finance, legal, administration and infrastructure charters. As a head of operations he mentors and leads a team of experts with multiple responsibilities in different Cybage locations globally, ensuring that Cybage gets a right platform to deliver and grow to tune of best in the industry. Deepak firmly believes in creating exciting corporate culture where each employee feels proud and comfortable.

As an industry expert Deepak provides strategic interventions and guidance on important organizational mandates like organizational control and management information system. He leads the implementation of best practices at work in support to the mainstream business processes in software engagements.

Deepak is executive promoter of CybageAsha – a philanthropic part of Cybage under its broad Corporate Social Responsibility initiative. CybageAsha works for under privileged and needy sections of society to contribute to enhance their quality of life. Deepak believes in encouraging every Cybagian to participate in the social cause and thereby contribute to the society while performing their duties.

Deepak started his career as a Mechanical Engineer in USA and then moved on to play variety of roles in engineering and management before he returned to India as Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Cybage. Deepak holds Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, India.

Jagat in his role as Chief Technology Officer enables Cybage resolute its overall technology focus and the road map to align it to the organizational vision and mission. As a premier of technology at Cybage he leads the team of important technology and delivery experts in delivering the integrated business solutions to Cybage’s global client base. Jagat played a leadership role in developing and implementing Cybage’s ExcelShore Model of Operational Excellence as conceived and conceptualized by Arun. Jagat is also entrusted with responsibility to head important auxiliary services areas of Cybage in order to align them with the grand technology charter of Cybage.

Apart from being a seasoned technocrat Jagat also spearheads their culmination into business objectives. His enigmatic business acumen empowers Cybage to capitalize on its consistently growing technology expertise. The resultant technology expertise acquired has an inherent business solution proposition. Jagat also assists Cybage business development group in harnessing new business opportunities leveraging Cybage’s explicit and implicit technology strengths.

Jagat has a robust experience in diverse areas of technology evangelism and management. Prior to Joining Cybage, Jagat worked in a variety of roles across the technology value chain in organizations like PCS and Elixir Computers. Jagat holds Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering degree from Amravati University in India.

Amit in his role as Vice President – Business Development heads Cybage’s global sales, marketing and business development functions. As a foremost of Cybage’s business growth he braces and unclogs formulation and implementation of short term and long term business strategies. Entire business machinery and thought process of Cybage converges at Amit and he mentors and supports the strong team of business managers at Cybage global locations. Amit leads the business development intervention into disparate business practices at Cybage holding them centrally aligned to Cybage’s overall business objectives.

Amit believes in strengthening the engineering and technology evangelism backbone of the business development efforts, as that holds a key to crafting effective value propositions in the technology intensive software services business. He plays a key role in determining Cybage’s pricing vs. value delivery equation in light of the global economic factors and customer expectations. Amit also directly front ends the large strategic accounts at Cybage as they contribute to strengthen the Cybage track record and eventually the value proposition.

Amit started his career with IT major Infosys in India and thereafter marched forward contributing to technology and business management and key levels. Amit holds Bachelor of Engineering degree from Government College of Engineering, Pune, and MBA from University of Indianapolis, USA.

Rajesh in his role as Vice President and Head – Internet Advertising Practice leads the robust Internet Advertising (IA) practice at Cybage. Ever since the inception of IA practice about a decade back, Rajesh played a key role in strengthening the practice from its base and growing it leveraging its strong foundations. As an ace in IA domain, Rajesh has successfully carved out an adept place for Cybage in the global IA ecosystem.

Under his headship, IA practice has acquired some of the crème-de-la-crème global clients. As a born leader, Rajesh mentors and guides Cybage’s global team of IA experts, consultant and engineers to deliver concrete business value. It is usual to see an entourage around Rajesh when it comes to IA domain and business processes at Cybage. With the commitment and mandate from the top Rajesh is all poised to grow the practice to become a global leader in the domain.

Rajesh started his career as a software developer with NIIT and moved on to USA and worked there in system analysis, database management and software project management. He holds Bachelors Degree from University of Mumbai, India and Diploma in Business Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Business Management, India.

Prashant in his role as Vice President – Strategic Accounts leads important high value global engagements at Cybage. Being an enterprising leader and a seasoned professional, Prashant provides the required guidance and leadership to the strategic accounts right from the top. Prashant heads a hand picked and apt team of engineers and consultants who work for these high value engagements under a global delivery framework. Prashant’s profound technology knowledge coupled with sound business acumen holds an important leadership value proposition for these high value customers.

Prashant enterprising and go-getter attributes have contributed considerably to growth of the existing relationship and also acquiring the new ones. Being an effective communicator and visionary, Prashant lays down sparkling clear picture of taking these relationships to the next level. He also heads Cybage’s development centers in Hyderabad, India and Redmond, WA, USA.

Prior to joining Cybage, he has worked at Wipro Technologies, HTC Global Service Inc. USA, DGP Windsor, Garware Polyester Ltd, and CEDT India. He is an Electronics Engineering graduate with a brilliant academic career to his credit. He has presented papers in national level conferences & symposiums and also served as member of board of studies for some of the universities and leading academic institutions.

Jaikrishnan K (popularly known as JK) in his role as Vice President – Quality Assurance spearheads the Quality Assurance (QA) function at Cybage. The entire team of QA managers, evangelists, leads and engineers hierarchically converge to JK. Under his effective leadership and razor sharp quality and process inclination Cybage projects have been able to imbibe quality consciousness into their deliveries, thereby resulting into a quality culture organization wide.

With his proactive and visionary degree of excellence JK provides valuable interventions into corporate decision making for various business practices and functions. JK also leads the initiatives of automating the Cybage business processes and creation of robust management information systems for organization wide decision making. He also heads Cybage’s Gandhinagar development center and provide strategic direction for growth of the center and integrating it to overall business objective of Cybage.

JK started his career with Corps of Engineers in Indian Army. He then moved to CyberQuest Systems as C and C++ programmer, following which he played important technology management roles.

Neelam in her role as Vice President and Head – Travel and Hospitality (T&H) Practice at Cybage leads the T&H practice. Leveraging Cybage’s inherently strong track record in the T&H space, Neelam nurtured and grew the initiative to eventually shape it up as an important practice and a revenue stream. Neelam has strong domain knowledge of the practice and she mentors and guides a team of domain consultants and engineers to further strengthen the practice. Neelam plays an instrumental role in carving out effective value propositions for T&H market which effectively gels with Cybage’s overall business proposition.

Neelam’s assertive focus on the T&H practice has been the key. She is responsible for overall delivery of the projects under the practice. Neelam also plays an effective role in front-ending the practice at large forums internationally. Having associated with Cybage for over 6 years now, Neelam effectively communicates the core Cybage value and facilitates creation of an environment that enables clients to realize the value.

Neelam started her career as a software engineer. She efficiently played the role of Delivery Head at Cybage for several years where she excelled in technology, delivery and business dimensions. Neelam is Bachelor of Computer Science and Master of Computer Science from University of Pune.
