Total
commitment to quality and customer satisfaction programs are the key factors
for the success of any organization. Cybage believes in providing
high-quality deliverables through its "Quality Assurance" and "Quality
Process" programs.
While there has been cost-cutting in Software Development across the globe
and “Testing” efforts have been axed to reduce costs, Cybage has always
given due importance to testing. The 600+ strength of the Cybage QA team is
a commitment to its wide customer base to ensure high degree of quality
output. To ensure quality in every phase of the project life cycle, the QA
team of each project is involved right from the project kick-off stage.
The Quality Process team at Cybage has a well-defined “Quality Management
System (QMS)” on the lines of the Capability Maturity Model (CMM). These
processes are specifically designed to cater to the offshore projects we
undertake. These processes have been time tested with our past and present
projects and reflect the experience that we have gained while executing
them. The Quality Process team, through its regular auditing process,
ensures that these processes are strictly adhered to during the course of
the Software Development Life Cycle.
The “Software Project Management Plan“, prepared for every project, details
the processes specific to the project. Our transparent approach allows our
customers ready online access to the QA system to track the quality status
of the project throughout the software development life cycle. |
