About The Position


We are looking for Java Support professionals for our Support Services department. For this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance & support to clients or internal teams using java-based applications. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, debugging code & ensuring smooth functioning of Java applications & systems.

Technical and Professional Requirements


  • 3-5 Years of experience in production support supporting Java applications.
  • Experience in providing support to end users on application related issues.
  • Working knowledge on JAVA (7, 8, 11) and Remote debugging skills.
  • Exposure on java web application development.
  • Working experience on Linux and Shell scripting.
  • Experience on code repository tools.
  • Experience on databases like Oracle, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of micro services architecture.
  • Knowledge on Travel and hospitality domain.
  • Knowledge on WebLogic, TomEE, tomcat, ActiveMQ, jasper report servers, messaging services.

Job Responsibilities


  • Providing 24x7 application support for web and java-based applications.
  • Resolving issues related to applications reported by users.
  • Resolving functionality and performance issues.
  • Working on creating the DB queries.
  • Identify the bugs and report to the development team and apply the workaround.

Educational Requirements


  • Any Graduate.
