Cybage opens 2nd development centre in city

​Pune-headquartered technology consulting firm Cybage Software Pvt Ltd on Wednesday announced the opening of its second development centre in Hyderabad that has been set up at an investment of Rs 5 crore.

With the new development centre at the DLF Cyber City (SEZ), Cybage aims to double its headcount in Hyderabad from 500 to 1,000. The company had opened its first development centre in Hyderabad in 2006.

“The new facility in Hyderabad forms part of the company's overall domestic and global expansion drive. The scaling up of operations in Hyderabad will allow us to expand our core teams to support growth. Meanwhile, infrastructure, strategic location and connectivity and leveraging good skill sets in the region are also important factors,“ the company said.

Cybage has already opened new global offices earlier this year at Atlanta, Boston, Sydney , Tokyo, Middle-East and Singapore. Currently , the company globally employs over 5,800 professionals and clocked Rs 750 crore turnover last fiscal. Cybage caters to clients from diverse industry verticals such as media and entertainment, travel and hospitality , online retail, healthcare and technology.
