As the company completed its 25th financial year, a special Silver Jubilee bonus, corresponding to 25 per cent of the monthly remuneration, was accredited to the employees.
Despite the raging pandemic, IT company Cybage has rolled out 5.5 per cent of the annual remuneration as variable to its employees.
Additionally, as the company completed its 25th financial year, a special Silver Jubilee bonus, corresponding to 25 per cent of the monthly remuneration, was accredited to the employees.
In the preceding six months, the company also recruited over 600 freshers from various campuses—making the total employee strength cross the 6,600 mark. The organisation rolled out its second appraisal cycle in six months for the year 2020-21 with performance-based increments and promotions across the board.
“While the increments were influenced by individual performance and value propositions, the average increment was in double-digits and benchmarked against the best in the industry, even as 15 per cent employees received promotions,” said Arun Nathani, CEO and MD, Cybage.
As a token of gratitude, the company launched ‘CybWarriors’, an initiative to honour the family members of those Cybagians (employees) who took the risk and ensured business continuity amid the pandemic. Over 1,000 CybWarriors’ families were recognised with custom trophies and specially curated silver plates and coins.
