Celebrating the Silver Jubilee, IT company Cybage seems to be giving out obligatory bonuses to its employees for standing with the company through thick and thin, The company has rolled out 5.5 per cent of the annual remuneration as variable to its employees.
Additionally, the employees are also being offered special Silver Jubilee bonus, corresponding to 25 per cent of the monthly remuneration.
