Experience: 3 Years – 7 Years.
- Support L1 and L2 tickets
- - Monitor ETL processes, production logs
- - Excellent knowledge of SQL and writing complex queries when required
- - Candidate should play role of Data Support Engineer, where can analyze data, interpret patterns to diagnose issues, provide necessary reports for identified issues
- Communicate with Onsite Support team through defined process (communication modes - Jira / Slack / On call)
- 24*7 rotational shifts
