Experience: 3+ years

• 3- 5 years of experience in application production support
• Experience on Linux
• Should be able to troubleshoot issues related to application hosted on Linux platform
• Experience on SQL
• Should be able to write the queries
• Should be able to understand and troubleshoot issues related to the performance related to DB
• Experience in troubleshooting of application related issues such as Functionality issues, Performance issues, user issues, front end issues
• Good to have knowledge on Java
• Good communication skills
• Should be comfortable working in 24x7 environment in rotational shifts
