Arun, in his role as CEO and Managing Director of Cybage, expounds the vision of Cybage and sets the direction and roadmap for achieving the organizational objectives. All organizational charters converge to Arun as he leads from the front for the company to grow as a figurehead in the global software services industry. His authoritative, impeccable, and immaculate command over the offshore outsourcing business can be aptly termed as industry thought leadership. He mentors each dimension of the company's ecosystem in delivering tangible returns to the global customers from their relationship with Cybage.

Arun has leveraged his industry thought leadership to conceptualize and conceive Cybage’s ExcelShore® Model of Operational Excellence. His fundamental thought process and philosophy behind ExcelShore® is to keep the ‘house in order’ and to concentrate on internal efficiencies so that every dollar spent by the clients returns to them amplified.

Arun is a strong advocate of cultivating and nurturing organic growth. Even if inorganic growth comes in the way of strategic progression, it has to eventually gel with the overall organic dimensions of corporate growth and prosperity. He has an uncanny ability to identify and nurture the right talent, thereby consistently enriching the company's topnotch human capital.

Arun's philosophy of business excellence and its relentless effectuation has earned him a rare distinction with some coveted awards bestowed on him. He was felicitated with the 'Best Mature Workforce Practices' award at an awards function organized by Shine.com in association with the World HRD Congress. He also received the 'DCCIA Pune Award for Excellence – 2010' in the 'Best Industrialist' category. He was the recipient of the 'Global HR Excellence' award at the 2010 Times of India Ascent Asia Pacific HRM Congress. He was also honored with the 'Rashtriya Udyog Ratna' award by the Council for Economic Growth and Research, New Delhi. He is a member of the Young President's Association (YPO).

Arun started his career as a software design engineer in USA and moved up the corporate hierarchy contributing to software development and quality management before he returned to India in the early 90s and founded Cybage. He received a BS from G B Pant University, India and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech University, USA.

Deepak, in his role as COO and Executive Director of Cybage, cruises through the entire repertoire of charters including HRD, Recruitment, Training, Finance, Legal, Administration, and Infrastructure. As the head of Operations, he mentors and leads a team of experts with multiple responsibilities at different Cybage locations globally, ensuring that Cybage gets the right platform to deliver and grow to the tune of the best in the industry. Deepak firmly believes in creating an exciting corporate culture where each employee feels proud and comfortable.

As an industry expert, Deepak provides strategic intervention and guidance on important organizational mandates such as organizational control and management information system. He leads the implementation of best practices at work in support to the mainstream business processes in software engagements. Deepak is the executive promoter of CybageAsha – the philanthropic venture of Cybage under its broad Corporate Social Responsibility initiative. CybageAsha works for the under- privileged and needy sections of the society to contribute towards enhancing their quality of life. Deepak believes in encouraging every Cybagian to participate in this social cause and, thereby, contribute to the society while performing their official duties.

Deepak started his career as a mechanical engineer in USA and then moved on to play a variety of roles in engineering and management before he returned to India as the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Cybage. Deepak holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, India.

Jagat, in his role as Chief Technology Officer, enables Cybage to strengthen its overall technology focus and the roadmap to align it to the organizational vision and mission. As a premier of technology at Cybage, Jagat leads the team of technology and delivery experts in delivering integrated business solutions to Cybage’s global client base. Jagat has played a leadership role in developing and implementing Cybage’s ExcelShore® model of Operational Excellence as conceived and conceptualized by Arun. Jagat is also entrusted with the responsibility to head important auxiliary services areas of Cybage with the explicit purpose of aligning them with Cybage’s grand technology charter .

Apart from being a seasoned technocrat, Jagat also spearheads their culmination into business objectives.His unmatched business acumen empowers Cybage to capitalize on its consistently growing technology expertise. The resultant acquired technology expertise has an inherent business solution proposition. Jagat also assists the Cybage Business Development group in harnessing new business opportunities to leverage Cybage’s explicit and implicit technology strengths.

Jagat has robust experience in diverse areas of technology evangelism and management. Prior to joining Cybage, Jagat worked in a variety of roles across the technology value chain in organizations such as PCS and Elixir Computers. Jagat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Amravati University in India.

Amit, in his role as Senior Vice President – Business Development, heads the global sales, marketing, and business development functions at Cybage. At the forefront of the company's business growth, he supports and unclogs the formulation and implementation of short-term and long-term business strategies. The entire business machinery and thought process of Cybage converges at Amit, and he mentors a strong team of business managers at the company's global locations. He leads the business development intervention into disparate business practices at Cybage, keeping them centrally aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Amit understands the importance of forging effective value propositions in the technology-intensive software services business. In the face of changing market dynamics, he believes in strengthening the engineering and the technology evangelism backbone of the business development efforts.

Amit plays a key role in determining Cybage's pricing versus value delivery equation in light of the global economic factors and customer expectations. He also directly front ends some of the large strategic accounts that contribute to strengthening the company's track record and, eventually, the value proposition. He handles the account and relationship management for a few large accounts at Cybage.

Besides leading panel discussions and seminars, Amit mentors aspiring managers from premier institutions in areas of strategic intuition, business planning, and networking skills. He has received several certificates of honor from international consulting bodies and B-schools for his initiatives in this area. He is also responsible for mentoring MBA students and is associated with top MBA institutions for business-or strategy-related presentations.

Amit began his career with Infosys in India; thereafter, he marched towards contributing to technology and business management at key levels. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Government College of Engineering, Pune and an MBA from the University of Indianapolis, USA.

Rajesh, in his role as Senior Vice President and Head - Media and Entertainment Practice, leads the colossal Media and Entertainment (M&E) practice at Cybage. Ever since the tenets of the M&E practice were crystallized at Cybage about a decade ago, Rajesh has played a key role in strengthening the practice from its base and in growing it by leveraging its strong foundations. As an ace in the domain, Rajesh is progressively carving an adept place for Cybage in the global M&E industry.

Under his leadership, our M&E practice has acquired some of the crème-de-la-crème global clients. A born leader, Rajesh mentors and guides Cybage’s global team of M&E industry experts, consultants, and engineers to deliver tangible business value. It is usual to see an entourage around Rajesh when it comes to the M&E practice at Cybage.

Rajesh started his career as a software developer with NIIT and moved on to USA to work in system analysis, database management, and software project management. He has been with Cybage after his return from USA.

An avid sportsman Rajesh actively pursues various sports and participates in all the corporate events. Rajesh holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Mumbai, India and a Diploma in Business Management from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Business Management, India.

Senior Management Team      

Neelam, in her role as Vice President and Head – Travel and Hospitality (T&H) Practice, leads the T&H practice at Cybage. Leveraging Cybage's inherently strong track record in the T&H space, Neelam has nurtured the initiative to grow the practice and eventually shape it up as an important practice and revenue stream. Neelam has strong domain knowledge; she mentors and guides a team of consultants and engineers to further strengthen the practice. Neelam plays an instrumental role in carving out effective value propositions for the T&H market, which effectively gel with Cybage’s overall business proposition.

Neelam's assertive focus on the T&H practice has been the key to successful delivery of projects in this practice. Neelam also plays an effective role in front-ending the T&H practice at large forums internationally. Before taking on this role, she efficiently played the role of a Delivery Head at Cybage for 8 years, where she excelled in technology, delivery, and business dimensions.

Neelam started her career as a software engineer with Systech Limited and has since gone on to play key roles in various IT organizations. Neelam holds the Bachelor of Computer Science and Master of Computer Science degrees from the University of Pune, India.

Devdatta, in his role as Vice President – Large Enterprises, holds a strategic position at managing client relations and controlling the overall delivery for strategic large accounts at Cybage. Spearheading this vertical, Devdatta strengthens offshore delivery capability by getting into a strategic relationship with clients on domain and technology and providing solutions to expand business. He leads and mentors a team of Delivery Managers, and Sr. Managers, so as to manage delivery effectiveness, timelines, and quality.

Backed by strong experience of over two decades, Devdatta's strengths span IT consulting, system analysis, software design & development, architectural services, QA, and global project management along with handling offshore operations. He holds vast experience in working on a variety of technologies and domains. Building and managing teams and client relationships, among others, is his forte.

Devdatta has an in-depth understanding of many technology areas ranging from advance engineering applications, multimedia & interactive systems, Internet & Web development to multi-tier distributed financial systems, enterprise applications, and architectural services. He has also executed projects and handled teams that are distributed at various locations globally and at various companies.

Devdatta started his career as a software engineer, working on advance engineering applications. For the first decade, he worked extensively on advance process control, process simulation, and interactive multimedia applications. Devdatta then moved to the United States and worked with global enterprises in the Financial Services domain providing IT consulting, project management, and account management. He then returned to India to start his journey at Cybage.

Devdatta holds B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay and a Graduate Certification in Business Management from Harvard University, USA.

SG, in his role as Vice President and Head - Healthcare & Life Sciences (HC & LS), spearheads Cybage’s dedicated service offerings in the HC & LS space. HC & LS service offerings targeted at Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) as well as enterprise customers constitute one of the important target markets for Cybage.

SG heads a dedicated team comprising Domain Specialists, Solution Architects, and Delivery Experts. He is at the vanguard of this team in successfully developing core solutions and presenting smart value prepositions to HC & LS firms globally.

SG, with his vast experience in the HC & LS space, has played a significant role in supporting many international programs such as NPFIT, U.K., Lorenzo Clinical solution development for iSoft, NCPDP compliance for WellPoint, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solution for McKesson. In addition, he has also handled many projects for global giants in this domain. His never-say-die attitude to challenges combined with his analytical ability come to the forefront in whatever he undertakes. His exposure to multiple industry verticals such as Retail, Risk Management, and Billing solutions also adds to his technical and business acumen.

Before joining Cybage, SG was working as Head - Migration factory with Syntel. He has played different roles for many global conglomerates and has gathered rich experience in executing projects for regions such as USA, Japan, and Nordic countries. Subramanian has also driven two organizations to CMMI Level 5.

SG holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Madurai Kamaraj University, India and an MS degree with specialization in Software Systems from BITS, India. He is also a certified ITIL foundation member.

Ashwin, in his role as Vice President and Head - Retail Practice, heads the retail functions at Cybage. Equipped with extensive insight into the IT requirements of the Retail industry, Ashwin uses his expertise in setting up and consolidating the retail practices at Cybage. He has been instrumental in opening new opportunities for Cybage in the retail market and also expanding our horizon in retail proficiency.

At Cybage, Ashwin takes the lead for all retail solutions. He understands Cybage’s core values and strengths and plays a pivotal role for all retail projects that include delivery management and client relationship management. He ensures that Cybage offers its customers more than just ‘technological skills’ by constantly improving the skill sets required for providing retail solutions.

Along with heading the retail practice, Ashwin also manages large accounts in the area of Multi-Channel Retail, Supply Chain Management and e-Commerce.

Ashwin started his career as a software engineer with Tata Infotech Ltd. (now Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.). Ashwin holds Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Pune, India.

Jaikrishnan K (popularly known as JK), in his role as Vice President – Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs), spearheads Cybage's dedicated focus and services portfolio for non-practice-specific global SMB accounts. SMBs across the spectrum, right from Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to small and medium enterprises under different industries, constitute one of the most important target markets for Cybage, as we understand their eccentric business needs.

JK, with his dedicated team consisting of Delivery Heads and Senior Managers, has a distinctive penchant for excellence in delivery and presents a striking value proposition to the SMBs globally.

Under his effective leadership, razor-sharp quality, and process inclination, SMB projects imbibe quality consciousness, thereby resulting in creation of a stellar SMB ecosystem at Cybage.

With his proactive and visionary degree of excellence, JK provides valuable interventions into corporate decision making for various business practices and functions. He also leads the initiatives of automating the Cybage business processes and creating robust management information systems. JK also heads the Cybage's development center at Gandhinagar, India and provides strategic direction for the growth of the center.

JK started his career with the Corps of Engineers in the Indian Army. He then moved to CyberQuest Systems as C and C++ programmer, thereafter he played important technology management roles at Cybage.

Debasis, in his current role as Vice President - CRM CoE, heads the CRM practice along with other OPD engagements at Cybage. He works closely with our international clients to co-create IT assets on a strategic level. He is an expert in competency-building initiatives, engagement planning, implementation, and management for a large number of business applications with collocated and virtual teams.

With more than a decade’s experience in the industry, Debasis's expertise lies in the CRM domain-MSD, Salesforce, OSS/BSS, security-based product development, integration, and testing engagements with multiple technology clients and platforms. His primary focus in all projects remains process improvement and implementation knowledge. He has driven many process initiatives at Cybage to let the organization achieve certifications such as CMMI and ISO. Debasis has rich experience of over 16 years in different phases of software projects, project management, and account management.

Debasis started his career as an assistant manager and then moved on to being a consultant with HCL and CapGemini and then a Project Lead with Neilsoft.

Debasis is PMP certified and has also completed a course on Payment Card Industry Security Implementer (CPISI) from SISA. He is an active member of the PCI DSS Certified Implementer society.

Vikas, in his role as Vice President - Emerging technologies, heads the emerging technologies functions at Cybage to identify, focus, and nurture Cybage's expertise in this domain. His primary focus remains on strengthening the CoEs for Enterprise Mobility and Cloud Computing. Vikas has also been instrumental in setting up and building a strong SME-centric e-Commerce practice at Cybage.

With over 12 years of rich industry experience, Vikas has worked in both high-technology and specialized domains. He has managed small-sized to large-sized accounts and has focused on developing customer-centric technological applications and delivery execution. He is extremely passionate about new technologies and has a flair for engineering processes. Vikas’s expertise lies in enterprise architectures and rapid implementation of business application frameworks, application security, and mobility solutions.

Vikas holds a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University, India. He also holds certifications on PCI and Six Sigma.

Uttiya in his role as Vice President, Business Development, is responsible for growing the existing client relationships for key accounts at Cybage and also for bringing in new strategic accounts to Cybage's portfolio. He is based out of the Cybage office in Atlanta, Georgia.

Uttiya has rich experience of 25 years in software product design, development and support, systems consulting, business development, and managing global operations. He has worked in leadership roles for bringing in new solutions to market for travel & hospitality, revenue management, systems software, and emerging technologies.

Uttiya spent the first half of his career in Bangalore, India, as part of foundation teams of startups such as Texas Instruments, IBM Global Services, and Samsung Electronics. He was responsible for delivering complex outsourcing projects to foreign clients while growing in responsibilities from Technical Leader to Program Manager and finally to General Manager. Since 1997, Uttiya has been working in the US where he first headed the product development group of IDeaS Inc., an ISV, which is a pioneer in delivering revenue optimization solutions for the Hospitality industry. This was followed by several consulting assignments with small and large enterprises, where he was responsible for driving new solution conceptualization and offshore management and management of client relationships.

Uttiya holds a Double Major in Physics and Computer Science from the University of Calcutta, India.
