About The Position

Technical and Professional Requirements:

  • Customer Support Executive with prior experience in Healthcare/ Pharmacy domain
  • The candidate should have experience into EMR, EHR, IVF, healthcare domain
  • 2-4 yrs. experience of working in an international voice, email or chat process.
  • Willing to work in 24x7 environment
  • Excellent communication, impeccable spelling and grammar.
  • Should be comfortable in multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and an eye for detail.
  • Experience of working with international voice/e-mail/chat process.

Preferred Skills:

  • Worked on EMR, Healthcare Records

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer support executive with prior experience in healthcare/ pharmacy domain
  • Will be working on various processes into EMR & EHR
  • Will be working in an international voice process along with email & chat.
  • Will be multi-tasking by playing as a mediator between multiple clients into healthcare domain.
  • Will be playing an independent role by working into various healthcare softwares and process.
