Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Customer Support Executive with prior experience in Healthcare/ Pharmacy domain
- The candidate should have experience into EMR, EHR, IVF, healthcare domain
- 2-4 yrs. experience of working in an international voice, email or chat process.
- Willing to work in 24x7 environment
- Excellent communication, impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Should be comfortable in multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and an eye for detail.
- Experience of working with international voice/e-mail/chat process.
Preferred Skills:
- Worked on EMR, Healthcare Records
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer support executive with prior experience in healthcare/ pharmacy domain
- Will be working on various processes into EMR & EHR
- Will be working in an international voice process along with email & chat.
- Will be multi-tasking by playing as a mediator between multiple clients into healthcare domain.
- Will be playing an independent role by working into various healthcare softwares and process.
