About The Position


We are looking for a senior leader to drive Domain Strategy, Presales, and AI-led Solutioning for our Travel & Hospitality (T&H) vertical. This role will own thought leadership, shape modernization and GenAI-driven transformation narratives, and lead high-impact client pursuits across hotels, OTAs, airlines, and related sub-verticals. The position plays a critical role in aligning domain capabilities with business growth objectives (AOP), mentoring solution teams, and partnering closely with sales and marketing to strengthen Cybage’s T&H footprint globally.

Technical and Professional Requirements


Mandatory

  • 20+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in the Travel & Hospitality domain
  • Strong hands-on exposure to PMS, GMS, guest systems, CRM, loyalty platforms, and booking flows
  • Proven experience in designing AI / GenAI-led transformation use cases
  • Excellent client communication, solutioning, and executive-level engagement skills
     

Preferred

  • Exposure to cloud platforms, GenAI tooling, and modern data platforms
  • Experience working with OTAs, airline systems, or cruise platforms
  • Certifications in hospitality, digital transformation, or consulting

Job Responsibilities


Domain Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Provide domain coverage across PMS, GMS, loyalty, guest operations, and property systems, with deeper expertise in at least two areas
  • Create POVs and GTM narratives focused on modernization and guest experience transformation
  • Identify whitespace opportunities in T&H sub-domains and build aligned capabilities in line with AOP
     

Presales & Deal Leadership

  • Lead RFP responses, proposals, solution workshops, estimations, and client pitches
  • Customize solution and SME participation based on sub-verticals such as hotels, OTAs, airlines, and cruise platforms
     

AI-Led Solutioning

  • Drive GenAI use cases including guest personalization, concierge bots, and revenue operations prediction
  • Build experience-led AI narratives balancing customer delight, revenue growth, and cost optimization
  • Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to translate ideas into reusable solution assets
     

Team & SME Management

  • Mentor Solution Architects and Business Analysts supporting T&H pursuits
  • Maintain domain-to-SME mapping to ensure optimal coverage and reuse
  • Drive enablement initiatives aligned with AOP through targeted skill development
     

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

  • Partner with sales and marketing teams on pursuit messaging, pitch decks, and client targeting
  • Support campaign content and represent the T&H vertical in external forums when required
  • Track and review success metrics including win rate, IP reuse, and domain coverage effectiveness

Educational Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
