The report highlights the Diversity and Inclusion trends in the IT industry

Global technology consulting, and professional services organization, Cybage Software’s work motto – 'Bringing Life to Work' has been featured in a recent report by the National Association of Software and Services Companies’ (NASSCOM). India’s Tech Industry: Women for the Techade Report highlights the Balance for Better ideology practiced by Cybage to have a gender balance within the workforce.

The report highlights the Diversity and Inclusion trends in India’s technology industry followed not only as a mandate but as a core practice. It showcases how the industry have been growing through the gender diversity and inclusion mandate, which is evident from the fact that the Indian technology industry boasts of over 35 per cent women workforce at about ~1.5 million.
