Overview

Sustainability at Cybage is driven by a simple conviction: responsible business and long-term growth go hand in hand. Our initiatives focus on environmental conservation, resource management, and greener engineering practices, each a tangible step toward creating lasting value for the ecosystems and communities we are part of.

Our Environmental Commitment

This approach is reflected in how we operate every day, from infrastructure that conserves resources to collaborations that extend our impact beyond our campus. Continuous evaluation and improvement ensure that our initiatives remain measurable and aligned with our long-term sustainability objectives.

A Message From Our Leadership

"Sustainability is a choice we made deliberately, well before it became a compliance. Because, in the end, what defines an organization is not what it is required to do, but what it chooses to do.

We believe the future will belong to those who learn to do more with less. Less energy. Less waste. Less excess. Not as a constraint, but as a discipline that drives better thinking and stronger outcomes. Technology supports this shift. It helps us simplify systems, reduce inefficiencies, and build operations that are more mindful of their impact.

At the same time, technology alone does not create change. People do. Culture does. The everyday decisions, often small and unnoticed, shape the kind of organization we become over time.

Our ESG journey is grounded in consistency. It is about doing things better today than we did yesterday and carrying that forward with focus and intent."

Our Initiatives

Energy Efficiency
Solar Power Implementation

Our 125 kW rooftop solar plant, consisting of 408 solar panels, powers daily operations across nearly 40,000 sq. ft. of office space, contributing to reduced dependence on conventional energy and supporting renewable energy adoption

Solar Panels
LED Lighting Transformation

Over 2,000 conventional light fittings across the campus have been upgraded to energy-efficient LED alternatives, saving approximately 2.5 lakh units of electricity every year, while maintaining optimal lighting quality.

LED Lighting Transformation
EV Charging Infrastructure

EV charging stations are installed across our premises, making it easier for employees to adopt electric vehicles and transition toward low-emission travel every day.

EV Charging Infrastructure
Metro Shuttle Service

Our dedicated metro shuttle service has supported over 100,000 Cybagian journeys to date, reducing carbon emissions by approximately 5 tCO₂e annually.

Shuttle Service
Water Conservation & Management
Sewage Treatment & Wastewater Recycling

An on-site sewage treatment plant processes over 1.4 lakh liters of water daily with 90% efficiency. Treated water is reused across the facility, enabling the company to recycle up to 98% of wastewater and significantly reduce external discharge.

Sewage Treatment & Wastewater Recycling
Rainwater Harvesting Systems

A dedicated rainwater harvesting system collects and channels rainfall into three on-campus bore wells, creating a steady and self-sufficient water reserve.

Rainwater Harvesting
Waste Management
Dry Waste Management

Dry waste generated across campus is collected and managed in collaboration with Swach, a cooperative of waste pickers. Materials are systematically sorted and directed toward recycling, minimizing landfill impact, and enabling circular use of resources.

Dry waste management
Organic Waste Converter

Organic waste from our cafeterias and gardens, approximately 300 kg each day, is processed through an on-site Organic Waste Converter. The resulting compost enriches and sustains campus landscaping, creating a closed-loop ecosystem.

OWC
E-Waste Management

End-of-life computers and peripherals are transferred to a certified e-waste management partner for safe processing. Hazardous materials are handled in accordance with environmental standards, while recoverable components are extracted and reintroduced into the supply chain.

Green Spaces

Nearly one-third of the Cybage campus is dedicated to green cover, preserving natural elements within the built environment. This enhances air quality, moderates temperature, and supports a healthier, more balanced workspace.

Green Spaces
In-House Water Bottling & Purification

Our in-house water bottling plant eliminates the need for commercially packaged water across our facilities, reducing plastic consumption while ensuring a consistent supply of safe drinking water across the campus.

In-House Water Bottling & Purification
Restricted Plastic Use

Plastic serving items have been removed from Cybage cafeterias and replaced with sustainable alternatives. This change significantly reduces the generation of single-use plastic waste on campus every day.
