About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Workfront Lead/Architect with expertise in Adobe Workfront to lead the solution architecture, enterprise integration, and strategic design of enterprise work management solutions. This role is responsible for defining scalable architecture, establishing governance standards, and ensuring Adobe Workfront aligns with broader enterprise technology and business transformation objectives.
Working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, platform administrators, customer engineering teams, and delivery leaders, the Workfront Lead/Architect will design enterprise-grade solutions, guide implementation strategies, establish architectural best practices, and ensure seamless integration across Adobe Experience Cloud and connected enterprise platforms.
Technical and Professional Requirements

This role is responsible for defining scalable architecture, establishing governance standards, and ensuring Adobe Workfront aligns with broader enterprise technology and business transformation objectives.
Mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront for project and work management.
- Strong expertise in Workfront Fusion to design and implement automation workflows.
- Experience in Workfront Custom Development, including building custom solutions and enhancements.
- Proficiency in REST API integration for connecting Workfront with third-party applications.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript for scripting, customization, and integrations.
Preferred
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its integration with Workfront.
- Knowledge of designing and implementing custom forms and workflows in Workfront.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud integration and related Adobe ecosystem services.
- Understanding of CI/CD practices for application deployment and release management.
- Experience in Workfront Administration, including configuration, user management, and system maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-scale Adobe Workfront solution architectures that align with business objectives and enterprise technology strategies.
- Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and platform standards that support scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise work management solutions.
- Lead architectural design for Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and enterprise integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud and connected business applications.
- Establish governance frameworks, design standards, and architectural best practices for Adobe Workfront implementations across the organization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic requirements and translate them into scalable solution architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams, platform administrators, and customer engineering teams throughout solution delivery.
- Review solution designs, integrations, and platform configurations to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and governance standards.
- Evaluate new Adobe Workfront capabilities and emerging technologies to recommend architectural improvements that enhance scalability, performance, and business value.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
