Cybage rolls out second appraisal, onboards 600 freshers
Despite the raging pandemic, IT company Cybage has rolled out 5.5 per cent of the annual remuneration as variable to its employees.
Additionally, as the company completed its 25th financial year, a special Silver Jubilee bonus, corresponding to 25 per cent of the monthly remuneration, was accredited to the employees.
