The client is a leading digital healthcare solutions provider operating across Australia and the UK.

Working closely with national health bodies such as NHS and Medicare, the client offers clinical and practice management systems to streamline healthcare integrations, digital care delivery, and adherence to the national standards.

The client offers its integrated solutions across Electronic Health Records (EHRs), prescriptions, billing, patient scheduling, vaccination management, integrations and compliance.

Business Needs | Streamline Workflows and Enhance Application Capabilities

The client was looking to introduce new features to support its business objectives and regulatory compliance requirements.

These would help the client enhance its clinical and revenue cycle; optimize medication, e-prescription, telehealth, labs/imaging, and payment workflows for better efficiency and care delivery.

Furthermore, the client required to improve efficiency of its data capture tasks during flu drives.

For this, it was important to streamline the vaccination workflows with simplified steps and intuitive UI.

The client sought integrations to support claims for government, private, veterans and worker’s compensation claims.

For streamlined patient bookings and schedules, the client wanted us to design and implement a robust scheduling system.

On the communication front, the client wanted to make communication consistent with opt-in opt-out preference management.

Lastly, the client sought ongoing support for its legacy care plan management application.
