Their wide range of robust security solutions eliminate cyber threats, allowing its customers to boost operational efficiency and focus on core activities

The client sought dedicated management consoles to monitor and control different cybersecurity products in the course of their product growth journey.

This resulted in disparate interfaces and severe operational overhead due to redundant and cumbersome workflows.  The lack of a unified interface did not allow the client to have a transparent view of the entire security posture and hindered the ability to produce advanced analytics. This adversely affected the client’s ability to assess the real impact.

In addition to the user experience, the client’s fragmented technology ecosystem, disconnected application strategies, and siloed workflows were key challenges limiting the client from establishing a cohesive system to promote scalability.

We started addressing the client's pain points by conducting an extensive workshop and discovery exercise to gather insights and understand the technological challenges users faced.

We gathered the understanding of broader consolidation vision and translated that into an extensive product roadmap spanning 5+ releases. This, as a base, was used to design comprehensive user experience (UX) workflows, integrating over 200 distinct processes into the unified platform.

Then, we created clickable high-fidelity wireframes for early customer feedback, ensuring a user-centric design approach.

We  developed a sophisticated user interface (UI) for the end customers with visual components such as map views, notification wizards, and summary widget.

We designed and delivered a resilient data platform that consolidated the fragmented architecture. It also supported high volume, velocity and variety of data that would be produced by this unified platform.  Our design principles were primarily based on reusability and scalability to support long term release goals.

To create a cohesive user experience, we emphasized design principles such as modularity and flexibility.

We streamlined the operations significantly by consolidating 8+ existing products with 200+ workflows. 

We achieved a low-latency, high-throughput streaming service capable of ingesting 1.4 million events per day for the client, enhancing data processing.

In parallel with robust security measures and best practices, we strengthened the overall system security and data integrity.

Further, we optimized the overall performance and boosted the scalability and reliability through effective design strategies and user feedback.

We increased user engagement and boosted customer retention with the enhanced UI.
