About the Client

Our client is one of India’s earliest and largest concept malls that offers products for home interiors and designs combined with F&B, art spaces, sports and entertainment options.

The mall has a daily footfall in thousands and nearly double the number during weekends where customers explore shopping, culture, sports and food under one roof for a unique experience.

Business Needs | Boost Customer Interaction and Footfall

The client wanted to boost its brand visibility and product offerings and leverage the campus area.

This could be achieved by increasing the customer interaction and footfall at the shopping mall and attract more people to the premises.

For this, the client wanted to expand its customer knowledge and overall reach while ensuring an exceptional customer experience with the correct navigation aids.

The client was looking forward to transform various touchpoints throughout the customer journey to offer its customers a seamless shopping experience.

Moreover, the client aimed to drive customer engagement by capturing and utilizing essential data for deeper analytics.

Solutions | Deployed a Modern Application and Analytics Dashboard

We addressed the client’s business needs by developing a native mobile application with interactive features.

This application would help the customers navigate easily and provide them with all the necessary information in order to create a more engaging experience and understand more about the client’s offerings.

We integrated Augmented Reality (AR) functionalities to provide the customers a real-life like 2D and 3D product views, 360-degree virtual tours, exclusive offers and updates about the events based on their location.

Our expert team sent beacon-based notification to customers to promote proximity marketing.

Furthermore, we introduced a loyalty and rewards program to drive customer engagement and create an ecosystem to attract customers to the mall frequently.

On the mall premises, we displayed the floor map on interactive kiosks, highlighted brands, stores and promotional offers.

We laced these interactive kiosks with QR codes that customers could scan from their cellphone to access maps and navigate easily.

Additionally, we provided a QR based gamification feature with a product trail to encourage and reward customers to explore different zones.

On the backend, we built a robust analytics dashboard that provided detailed reports of the customer’s behavior, loyalty patterns, product inquiries, footfall and campaign effectiveness.

These insights assisted the client to make informed decisions and frame strategies.

Our team also implemented a PIM and CMS system to manage the brand, store and product details along with promotions and customer notifications.

This system integrated Google Analytics, Book My Show and client’s ERP to deliver a seamless experience across channels.
