- We devised a two-pronged smart invoicing solution to handle multi-modal inputs:
- We used OpenAI assistants to extract invoice details from text-based emails and attachments.
- We utilized OpenAI - Azure Document Intelligence to extract data from image-based sources.
These digital assistants were fine-tuned to improve extraction accuracy, thereby meeting business requirements.
- Our team also developed third-party integrations with the following:
- The client's email extraction system, which forwarded vendor/partner invoice emails to bots for processing.
- SAP, to input the extracted data into the appropriate tables.
