Business Needs | Enhance Existing Platform for Better Experience with GenAI

The client wanted to leverage Generative AI to tap into historical data and past solutions, enabling faster and more efficient resolution of hoteliers’ challenges.

Hoteliers sought solutions that could harness data analytics to generate operational insights and streamline enterprise client onboarding for faster time-to-value.

One of the requirements was to modernize the CRS platform. 

Additionally, they wanted to build an end-to-end integrated application that would empower hoteliers to seamlessly pull and push data to the relevant third-party applications.

We delivered a greenfield enterprise backend to streamline onboarding of large hotel chains and room inventories for client operations teams.

We modernized CRS modules (rate, policy, booking, guest profile) by migrating from a monolith to a microservices architecture.

We helped with integration of PMS, GDS, OTA, and Google Hotel Search to synchronize ARI and reservation updates, adapting to technical constraints. Our teams also built a field mapping tool that facilitated quicker implementation of integrations with third-party travel partners.
